Score each category from 0–4: 0 = absent, 1 = incomplete, 2 = works on happy path, 3 = robust and documented, 4 = clear, tested, and thoughtfully designed.

Pass: at least 18/32, with no zero in API contract, security, or end-to-end behavior. Strong: 26/32 or higher and all acceptance checks pass.
