18 — Capstone polish and production review

Goal

Deliver a coherent end-to-end app and explain its design tradeoffs.

Lab

1. Complete the acceptance checklist in Capstone specification.
2. Run the demo script with two clients and two teams.
3. Review accessibility and empty/error/loading states in Flutter.
4. Verify setup from a clean clone and record a short architecture diagram and runbook.
5. Present one tradeoff: stream fan-out, update semantics, token expiry, schema evolution, or pagination consistency.

Final review

Score the project with the Assessment rubric. Prioritize correctness, safe data boundaries, and recovery behavior over adding more features.

Optional extensions

• Offline drafts with explicit conflict resolution.
• Bidirectional streaming for collaborative editing.
• Push notifications for updates while the app is backgrounded.
• Multi-tenant audit events and retention policy.
• Contract versioning and a second non-Flutter client.
